The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT
- Food Trucks are scheduled for August 19, September 2nd, October 7th and November 4th!!!! We have selected the North Park Tiny Library opening for ease of EMERGENCY ONLY use of electricity and water.
- Kona Truck will now come for the movie night on August 22nd.
- Gathering quotes and ideas for Barchester Entry Island NEW Neighborhood Sign.
- Both North and South Park Tiny Libraries have been completed (deep cleaning, resealing, staining (3 coats), restocking of books, dog treats and poop bags, replaced reservation for pavilion QR code, posted flyers at both libraries).
- Posted and Blasted information about Recreational Vehicles/RV’s/Campers in driveways and on street and Dog Owner Expectations.
- Posted and blasted information about remaining summer events and food trucks.
VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT
- Lowe’s Grant applied for on March 20 – should announce at the end of the summer.
- Idea of making fundraiser flyer for local businesses for park improvements (plaque or sign in recognition on volleyball poles, in pavilion or on backstop).
- Received tax ID number, but still needs 501(c) Number.
SECRETARY’S REPORT

TREASURER’S REPORT

BY-LAWS REPORT
No report.
BEAUTIFICATION REPORT
- Seal Coat for South Park Path will need to be done again in 2-3 years according to invoice of completed path work.
- Need to replace Pear Tree by North Park Tiny Library, and replace rose bushes at the ends of the entry island – need prices.
- South Park still needs two trees trimmed up.
- Piles of branches near willow in North Park and one in South Park near Tiny Library need to be removed.

NEW BUSINESS
- Purchased 12 “SLOW DOWN” signs that will be available at the Annual Meeting for homeowners in high traffic, high speed areas. Will have sign out and sign up at Annual Meeting if need more.
- Purchased two-sided message board sign to advertise for food trucks and any other information for the neighborhood.
- Continued search for potential Community Improvement Grants.
- Collection of dues from last 6 houses.
- Bat Houses – 2 for each park (Houses range from $36.00 – $120.00; higher end are made from recycled plastic lumber. Poles range from $60.00 – $120.00. Quikrete – $10.00).
- Create mosquito larvae capture buckets.
- Sign Toppers on main intersections – need prices.
- Will paint both Tiny Library benches and the North Park back stop this Fall.
OLD BUSINESS
- Began to look at/discuss Future Projects/Events/Ideas list and start to budget.
- Blue Bird Houses installed in both parks.
- Spring Project: New Barchester Entry Sign (beginning to rot) and small sign on Hanford where neighborhood starts – will gather quotes and find old quotes and designs that we created a few years ago.
- Clean up, paint metal or power wash playscapes (need to clean up). Date and who TBD.
- Continue to save for NEW playscapes in both North and South Parks.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
