The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT
- Received messages regarding parking on the wrong side of the road. This has caused cars on the correct side to be hit and is making it difficult for school buses and emergency vehicles to pass through the neighborhood.
VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT
- Found potential community improvement grants through Lowe’s and Walmart. Will research further and apply for funding to help revamp, add to, or improve the playscapes in North and South Parks.
SECRETARY’S REPORT
No report.
TREASURER’S REPORT
- Dues notices have been mailed out along with the Pickwick Villager Newsletter. Approximately 50 dues payments have already been received.
- Received a bill from Canton Township for “removal or replacing” of sidewalks. Karen will contact the Township for clarification on the charges.
- The final portion of Swifty’s bill has been paid.

BEAUTIFICATION REPORT

WELCOMING REPORT
- Welcome packages will be delivered to two new homes: 6332 Courtland and 41959 Sutherland.
SOCIAL MEDIA / WEBSITE REPORT
- Will send an email blast and post on social media about parking on the wrong side of the roads.
- Will promote the new Transportation Safety Action Plan. Residents are encouraged to take the survey at: www.cantonmi.gov/1531

NEW BUSINESS
- Potential Community Improvement Grants
- Collection of dues
OLD BUSINESS
- Began reviewing and budgeting for the Future Projects/Events/Ideas list.
- Spring Project: Replace the Barchester Entry Sign (currently rotting). Will gather current quotes and review old designs. Also plan to replace the rose bushes at the ends of the entry island.
- Clean up, paint metal, or power wash the playscapes in the parks. Date and volunteers to be determined.
- Continue saving for new playscapes in both North and South Parks.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
