The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
– Tiny Libraries have been restocked with new dog biscuits, poop bags and new books.
– Will forward Mike Tykoski email from Roads Projects attention: Phillip Skrunk
– Newsletter will be completed for dues letter distribution
– Annual Holiday Lights and Decorating Contest winners…

TREASURER’S REPORT:
– Dues will be $127.89

BY-LAWS REPORT:
– No report.
BEAUTIFICATION REPORT:
– Plow Company has been super responsive to taking care of concerns and have done a great job with plowing and salting… many compliments (even the mail person)
WELCOMING REPORT:
– 2 homes currently up for sale, will watch for sale of these homes to take over welcome package
SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITE REPORT:
– No report.
MEMBER AT LARGE REPORT:
– No report.
NEW BUSINESS:
– SPRING PROJECT – New Barchester Entry Sign (beginning to rot) will gather quotes and find old quotes and designs that we created a few years ago and replace rose bushes at the ends of the entry island.
– Clean up, paint metal or power wash playscapes (need to clean up)
OLD BUSINESS:
– Began to look at/discuss Future Projects/Events/Ideas list and start to budget
– Continue to save for NEW playscapes in both North and South Parks
