The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT:
– Kelly and Stacey noticed a lot of cars needed to be plowed around after the first snow, will make “Cars off the street when snow is expected…, homeowners responsibility to clear sidewalks of ice and snow…, need help…” message to blast and post by tonight.
– Stacey will send Dave the Annual Holiday Lights and Decorating Contest Flyer to post and blast tomorrow morning.
– Stacey will buy the gift cards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
*Judging will take place on December 21st.
– Tiny Libraries will be restocked with new dog biscuits, poop bags and new books shortly.
– Forrest Kagey will empty the trash again this winter in both the South and North Parks for NJHS hours.
VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT:

BEAUTIFICATION REPORT:
– Report of the end Wickfield Court being skipped with plowing after the first snow. Kelli will address with plow company.
WELCOMING REPORT:
– Kelly welcomed two new neighbors with a welcome package on 12/2/25… 6706 Brookshire Drive and 42109 Hartford
SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITE REPORT:
– Dave will blast and post plowing message on 12/2 and Holiday Lights Flyer on 12/3/2025
– Added email addresses of new board members to HOA Board Email Account
MEMBER AT LARGE REPORT:
– No report.
NEW BUSINESS:
– Planning & organizing of Holiday Lights and Decorating Contest
OLD BUSINESS:
– Will begin to look at Future Projects/Events/Ideas list and start to budget
